Its been about 10 years since i've first used this clinic. They have continued to provide excellent service for my pets throughout the years. My puppy just got neutered yesterday, and they took great care of him! I also had to put my cat to sleep few months ago and they were so compassionate through the process.

They refuse to send prescriptions to Chewy now, and instead force you to use their third party online pharmacy. Every time I have used their online pharmacy, there have been significant shipping delays and my dog has had to go multiple weeks without her medication because some random company in Texas can't get their shit together. They love to take your money and provide dogshit customer service. It's amazing how quickly CareVet and whatever private equity owns them completely destroyed this clinic once they bought them out.

I have always taken my fur babies here. Unfortunately, I suddenly lost my babybgirl this week but Dr. Bedow & the employees wer very caring & compassionate.

It’s really sad to see what has happened to this practice since it was taken over by private equity last year. We took our dog here for years and absolutely loved it, but after the longtime vet retired and the practice was acquired, it just isn’t the same. As others have mentioned, they won’t send prescriptions through Chewy and seem unwilling to offer much help without first requiring additional fees and services. The focus feels much more on generating revenue than providing the kind of straightforward, patient-centered care we used to receive. It’s disappointing to see a practice we trusted for years change so much. We’ll be taking our dog to Old Webster Animal Hospital from now on.

Dr Sette is amazing! Kahlua almost died in January from Thyroid storm. He had an ICU weekend at Mizzou. I don’t live anywhere near Mizzou and needed someone to manage his complicated care plan due to multiple new co-morbidities. 7 1/2 months later Kahlua is thriving at 16 1/2. I’ve had him since he was a kitten and am grateful for her care!
