I cannot say enough wonderful things about this veterinary team. My experience today completely exceeded my expectations and left me overwhelmed with gratitude and joy. My dog has been labeled as aggressive and mean. He his neither, he’s simply scared. Too often, fearful dogs are misunderstood, but this team saw him for who he truly is. They didn’t rush him, force him, or treat him like a problem to be managed. Instead, they gave him something priceless: patience, understanding, and time. The Fear-Free and Low-Stress approach isn’t just something they advertise, it’s something they genuinely practice. They spent quality time helping my boy feel comfortable, allowing him to build trust at his own pace. Watching them interact with him brought tears to my eyes. As a pet parent, there is nothing more reassuring than seeing the people caring for your companion treat him with such kindness, compassion, and respect. For the first time in a long time, I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in the hands of people who truly understand that fear and aggression are not the same thing. They cared not only for his physical needs but for his emotional well-being too. Thank you for treating my boy with such care and for making what has always been a stressful visit such a positive experience. I left feeling supported, understood, and incredibly grateful. We love Dr. Jones and her staff. They are the sweetest and most caring we’ve worked with. We have a very skittish dog(scared of everything and everyone) and they are very patient and gentle with her. Dr. Jones will do her best to make sure you and your pet/s are comfortable. She will make sure your pet/s are taken care of and will recommend only what’s needed. 10/10 will recommend this veterinary clinic.
