I usually dont go out of my way to write a review but this must be said. The other day i called and inquired about getting my bearded dragon a nail trim. THAT'S ALL I NEED. I'm aware a full exam will be forced on me anywhere i take her. Fine. The call i made the other day went great, i was told $91 for an exam and $33 for a nail trim. Fine. Worked hard to make and save up the money. TODAY, i called back to say i finally had the money and CHRISTINA was about as rude to me as a person could be about it. Hardly got finished explaining the situation when i was told to "WAIT, WAIT, WAIT" and she puts me on hold for a minute with no warning, comes back and tells me it'll be $128 just for the exam! I dont know if she meant altogether or exam alone but thats what i was told and she made it sound like exam alone was $128. I explained what i was told, $91 for an exam, and she goes "well thats not for reptiles" "i dont know who you spoke to, but its $128" in the most sassy, rude tone. Was told to "try petsmart or something because you dont need a patient relationship there" when i explained i dont know if they see reptiles, she doubled down and said to try them because it'll be cheaper. My first phone call was good but this one SUCKED and has successfully deterred me from bringing my pet there. ALL I WANTED WAS A NAIL TRIM. Now I'm back in the boat of not having enough and continuing to find someone who will just get it done for me. Thanks.
