Eek! Receptionist guy was so rude for no reason. It’s too nice of a day to be rude setting up a new kitten visit. Going somewhere else… our precious kitten we LOVE 💕 she’s a daughter to me!! I haven’t had coffee either I get it’s 8:20am but I was pleasant and out and about already today. Anyways hope everyone else has a better experience.

I been with them for almost ten years. I had to Put my dog down and they sent me a card with my dog’s foot print. I thought that was so considerate, and now I have my dog’s print forever I have a new dog and my dog is well taken care of

THE BEST HAMSTER VET IN ST. LOUIS. They saved my little peanut. My sweet old hamster has dental problems. He doesn’t have top teeth so I researched and found out that he probably needs his bottom teeth trimmed. I took him to an exotic vet in Saint Charles, and they left his teeth butchered and knife-like. He was hunched over and not eating for days. Then, I was recommended Family Pet Hospital via facebook… I called, they said they could squeeze me in-between appointments the next day. I dropped him off in the morning, and I knew he was in good hands. The front desk people were so nice and helpful. When I arrived to pick him up, the vet (sorry I cant remember her name) came into the waiting room and sat next to me to listen to peanuts story. She told me that she properly trimmed and smoothed down his teeth. As of today, he is finally himself again. He is happier, he is eating good, his coat is much thicker and soft, and he looks like he’s a baby again. They did wonders on him!! (And charged 1/4th of what the original place did)

Dr. Feagans has been very good with my guinea pig, she thought to do tests another vet didn't consider and finally found out what was wrong with him. My only problems with this practice is that they don't have anyone to answer the phone, and don't provide any sort of written instructions.
