I’m not sure why this place has appointment times. I went here several times and every time I had to wait an hour past when i was scheduled. The vet comes in for a few minutes at most after all that waiting. Dog is non stop anxious the whole time. I asked if this was normal and they said it is and the front desk lady gave me attitude about it when I asked. They said they try to get as many appointments in as possible. So if you have an anxious dog at the vet or value your time at all, do not come here.

The staff are kind with good quality of care and reasonable pricing, but I can say after 4+ visits I’ve never been able to speak to the vet until at least 30-45+ minutes after my scheduled appointment times. I’ve had my pets seen quicker at Urgent Care/Emergency vets. Last week Lupin was experiencing mobility problems (he’s almost 8 years old, long and short so prone to back issues, and at the time wouldn't jump or go up stairs and was lethargic), so I scheduled him an appointment for 5:00. Wasn’t brought into a room to talk to a vet tech until nearly 5:45, and didn’t have a chance to chat with the Dr. and decide to get him some x-rays until nearly 6:15. Then after those were done, I was consulted about with x-ray results while being shown them on the Dr’s personal iPhone screen, instead of something larger where I could see the details more clearly. I understand that certain situations occur that lead to delays, but I’ve had similar experiences at nearly every visit, whether it’s for a routine check up and vaccines, or to treat an active issue with Lupin.
