Edit: This place has changed for the worse. There a lot of vets out there. Do not settle for less than. It starts with the front desk workers. They are far from friendly anymore and heaven forbid you don't know to pronounce a medicine and then get asked about a completely different medicine when I didn't even say anything but 1 thing. Work on your customer service if you want patience to come back ever.

Vet and techs are very nice. Whoever answers the phones is not too friendly. I had a great experience when I first called to establish care and for my dog to be seen for a cold. More recently, it seems like I'm calling someone who really dislikes their job. :/ Updating again. The vet is very expensive compared to other vets and put my pet in a bad position before moving. Prescriptions are consistently wrong.

I love the convenient hours and ability to make appointments online which is worth 5 stars alone in my life. But, of course, I also appreciate the front desk staff, technician, and veterinarian have all been kind and helpful.
